Richard Allen: A graduate of Cal State Northridge, and St. Mary’s Collage.  An accounting and finance professional with over 30 years of experience in a wide array of roles from Controllerships to providing consulting services to companies ranging in size from $100b to $5m.

Consulting expertise in the areas of business process improvement, financial and operations management, financial systems conversions and upgrades, budget development, variance analysis, and formal presentations.  Managed projects have resulted in cost reductions of 5 – 10% or more.

Natalya Power: was born in Kazakhstan. She possesses a Masters Degree in Management, Exhibition and Trade Shows and Art History, from the Moscow Humanitarian University, in Russia. She worked in the travel industry while in Russia. In 1998, she moved to NY where she worked in bookkeeping and accounting services and as a consultant until 2004, when she moved to California. Now, living in the Los Angeles area, she is on the accounting staff of a cellular communications corporation in Beverly Hills.
